Please Note: All Rates are Posted on the individual websites of each featured vacation home. Click on the applicable Flag for the current rates, seasons and booking conditions that are featured at the bottom of each villa's description.

At the bottom of this form you will be asked to accept the booking conditions listed for each featured home. Once you have said yes to these two items you are agreeing to the terms as detailed in this reservation form.

We get hundreds of E-Mails per week. We ask that you not fill in this Form before you have looked at our Posted Rates or the various Rate Sheets that are already listed on each featured page. Please make sure that you match your rate with the appropriate travel season. Please note that some vacation homes may feature unique prices or deposit requirements. These details are provided on those individual web pages.

Refundable Deposit

REFUND CONDITIONS APPLY:

USA Clients: A $ 300 US dollar deposit is required to hold any vacation property. This amount is applied towards your final balance which is payable on arrival. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY ARE FOR RENTALS DURING CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR AND EASTER WHEN THE BALANCE IS DUE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. A copy of our registration form is attached to your paperwork. This must be completed, signed and returned prior to arrival. Otherwise, you will be required to complete and sign this form when you arrive at our office, leaving your credit card information which will be kept on file as part of your security ( damage ) and lost key deposit. After your departure, the cleaning staff will clean and inspect the property and confirm that there is nothing damaged or missing. As the client reserving the property, you will be 100% responsible for all members of your group or family. Soon after your departure, your confidential credit card registration form will be removed from our files.

Payment: The Gold Key Rentals website features prices in USA, Canadian and UK Sterling.

Canadian Guests: Canadian guests may pay for their reservations upon arrival in Canadian dollars, tax inclusive, using a bank certified cheque or money order ( no personal cheques ). Peak Season requires payment 30 days ahead of arrival. NOTE: we cannot accept payment using a credit card as our machine will only process US dollar amounts.

UK Guests: Guests from the UK are required to pay in USA dollars based on the value of the pound two ( 2 ) weeks prior to arrival. Please call our office to lock in the final US dollar amount. NOTE: our credit card machine will only process US dollar amounts.

Payment Options:

1. Use the USA rate now and supply a $ 300 deposit towards the final balance due. Pre-register your credit card information to save time at check-in.

2. If using our Canadian or UK Sterling rates, we need you to supply a $ 200 Security Deposit on a credit card at the time of reservation. This deposit is NOT part of the rental amount due. After your departure, the cleaning staff will clean and inspect the property and confirm there is nothing damaged or lost. The client reserving any rental is 100% responsible for all members in the group or family. We will then return the Security Deposit (less any Credit Card Charges levied by your card company). In the event damages are discovered or your keys are not returned, we will contact you with regards to the costs involved. NOTE: it takes a minimum 14 business days after departure to return your security deposit to your credit card.

NOTE: Certain homes on our website feature special booking conditions and larger non-refundable deposits. These booking conditions and payments are in addition to normal booking conditions
