Properties offered for short-term rental through Gold Key Property Management theses are provided on a self-catering basis. The Company provides complimentary starter Shampoo, paper towel, soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Once these items are used, it is the guest’s responsibility to replenish them.

The Guest agrees, and the Company permits the Rental Period to begin and end on the dates shown as the Rental Period (as shown on the Rental Agreement).

Guests will be assigned a door code and is their responsibility to request it. There will be an electronic key pad and a back up key box on all the homes. Check in time is after 4.00 pm and check out time will be at 10.00 am. Any arrangements for early check in or late departure must be requested in advance prior to guest arrival. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.

Check out is on the date of departure as shown on the Rental Agreement and Registration Form, by 10:00 am. Guest must be out of the property. In the event that it is found that the Guest has not departed the Property on the date of departure, at the due time, then the Guest will pay a penalty charge of one day’s rental. . Any arrangements for early check in or late departure must be requested in advance prior to guest arrival. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.

Guests will be required to have a major credit card pre- authorized for the amount of $500.00. No charge will appear on the guest’s statements unless damage is found. Guest MUST fill out the Registration form at the moment of arrival. We can also do an “express check in” if guest decides to contact our office prior to the arrival date. Upon receipt of registration form, guests will be directed straight to the unit.
